User has been placed in TWC an requested to reply here. Could you in the meantime provide us evidence that recovery details were changed?

hi i sent him a message on osbot telling him ill try recover for him i am oo i haven't recovered it he has all the info for the account even has the email etc

As I have shown them that the recovery Email has been changed (along with evidence ) and the name was changed back to original name, they dont ask confirmation via Email if u recover the account, which you most probably did.

So please post status of the recovery which you are trying.

It's pretty obvious that you're the one that recovered the account. As OO - you'll always have an easier time recovering the account. You have 48 hours to show us the status of recovery, as all of them are handled within that time-frame.

User shows no intent of trying to resolve the issue. He's been trolling all over the place and harassing other members.

I've banned him, I'm sorry for your loss.
