Dear service owners,

 

Because of some recent uncertainties we've decided to clear some things up regarding services. In addition to this notification post I will be editing this thread accordingly.

 

  • As a service owner either you OR one of your listed workers has to be the one completing the order. There will be NO third parties involved. This means:
  1. As a service owner/worker: hiring a third party without consent of the person ordering is prohibited and will result in your service thread being closed, with the possibility of further action being taken as staff sees fit.
  2. Orders can not be forwarded to anybody else, unless both parties agree to this. In effect, forwarding an order to somebody else will mean you withdraw your right to receive feedback. Feedback will be provided to the person completing the order, regardless of how big the part is that was completed. 
  3. The person originally hired will always be held accountable for what happens to the account. 

 

  • Any off-site workers you may have must register an account on this site so that they can be listed on your service thread.

 

This addition should help buyers ensuring their account is safe in the hand of a service owner and ensure that they know exactly who has access to their account.
