I think this is 8 xp per a P ess and fire is 7. This is a lot better if you want to take the time to get the requirements for The Lost City. When I say "More Profitable way to Natures" I mean people usually do fire runes to level 44 runecrafting when I think this is a lot faster because you get more xp per a Pure Essence.
