The deposit is 100% Refundable.

The deposit is different from the Entrance Fee.

 

Entrance Fee

You will pay 25m OSRS to enter the service.

This is 90% refundable within the first 3 orders.

This is 80% refundable within the first 5 orders.

This is 70% refundable within the first 8 orders.

This is 60% refundable within the first 10 orders.

This is 50% refundable within the first 15 orders.

This is NON-REFUNDABLE after the first 15 orders that you complete.

What do you mean? If you're asking why I am accepting 07/btc as a deposit/entrance fee its because if a user was to scam, they might try and chargeback the funds through paypal.
