Do 2012 Bots Work For 07?

Hey , im trying to figure out if 2012 bots work for 07

i have a link of some flawless bots - http://hackyougame.blogspot.ca/p/runescape.html

and i was asking if someone could possibly edit it, and make it 07 workable.

 

im not a Programmer so i wouldn't know, but if someone is it would be much appreciated to let me know.
