just bought one, where do I receive my proxy? 

edit: nvm, I found the email in my spam folder

one question how do I set it up correctly in the proxy section of the OSBot client

 

 

1.) Authorize YOUR Ip address in one of the 3 text boxes provided in your billing portal

 

2.) Copy the IP address of the proxy and place it into OSBots launcher(Don't click login), it's the second and only other tab. Place the IP address in the host name.

 

3.) Copy the SOCKS5 port number into the text area that OSBot provides for you for the port number.

Added you on skype, says fraud under proxy.

Wouldn't recommend buying from him, after I tried using the proxy my wifi started crashing every 5 minutes (not his fault) but my ip changed constantly (these proxies are ip authentication) so basically I can't use the proxy anymore. He would not refund after about 30-60 mins after my purchase which I think is ridiculous

I'm pretty sure a majority of businesses have a no refund policy, so it's not that ridiculous.

Same with me, I told him to cancel me from this subscription, it billed me and I told him I didn't want it 5 mins later, but no lol. 

OT: Can you help me set up my VPS please? I need assistance but your business is offline, thanks. I can't really use what I purchased because your support livechat is offline.

Same with me, I told him to cancel me from this subscription, it billed me and I told him I didn't want it 5 mins later, but no lol.

You were billed before you even cancelled it. We just went through this as we went over the negative feedback dispute.

 

You can submit a support ticket if you have issues.

 

You've been blocked on Skype for the harassment. 

 

 

 

Just to top it off, you're "5 minute claim" You didn't request a cancellation(from our website) until THREE days after the payment.

 

You shouldn't subscribe to something if you don't plan on renewing.

You used the proxy already so he cant resell to another buyer thus the no refund and you can update your ip via the control panel on his website to continue using it

Errm no not really my ip is changing like every 5 minutes and it takes 5 minutes just to update it... terrible customer service don't use his site

Pretty sure I helped you 100% through the way of setting it up.

 

Please stop bashing my service just because you don't agree with our terms of service.
