Hey guys, i saw a store in my town they are making %30 OFF week sales and i saw this product.. it's something new or what?

Android notebook.. an notebook but with Android OS, it has Google Play and supports all kind of android apps & mouse keyboard.. so it's like a windows notebook..but Android, is it worth it guys? i heard i can play RuneScape on Android device with some app on Google store..  Here some info about it
