are you located in australia?

If you're using any form of proxy service or VPN, these could increase your ping. If you're not, there isn't much you could do, apart from maybe switching over to Ethernet from Wi-Fi is that's your case.

yeah i use wifi but the router is 2 floors downstairs so i dont think im gonna use cable

You might want to look into getting a WiFi repeater / extender. That way you are extending the signal you currently have, which will probably reduce your ping.
