Thinking of buying max stat all except maybe invention account for RS3, havent played in in while so was wondering what were some "Very good" items (beside buyable, more like like port armor type items that require time) should I be looking for?

Look for an account with quest cape. There are a ton of quests that take a ton of time. Stats are easily and quickly obtained, but with all quests you pretty much have everything unlocked. The good slayer monsters, decent stats, etc.

 

I'd say the best untradeables are the raid gear (achto tempest gear)
