1) If you are an employee of Jagex Limited or in any way affiliated with them or contracted by them, you are allowed to enter this site given that you agree with these TOS in order to arrange that if any content that is the intellectual property of Jagex Limited is hosted on this server while it should not be, will be removed in accordance to term 6.
2) You do not currently play RuneScape, or any other Jagex game, and are therefore not subject to their TOS or any other agreement with them.
3) You will not advertise this community to encourage other people to break any possible TOS or any other agreement they might have with Jagex Limited.
4) All of the information and code on this site is strictly for educational purposes. The main goal is to educate people in regards to programming. All code and programs available on the site are coded by this community and its members and are not the intellectual property of any business or organization.
5) You acknowledge that you will not use any information or code provided by this community and it's members towards creating and distributing software that could be considered as harmful to any business or organization. By doing so you take full responsibility for these actions and the usage of the knowledge or code you have acquired here.
6) Any dispute about files that may be the intellectual property of a business or organization hosted on an external server or file sharing site should be taken up with the owner of that server or site. If any of this content is found hosted and made available to people on this server trough attachments or otherwise, a mail can be sent to support@osbot.org and the files will be removed without incident.
7) This site does not encourage the usage of any of it's content towards breaking security measures that may have been put in place in the RuneScape game or any other Jagex Limited product. If used towards this purpose, full responsibility will fall to the abuser of this content.
8) This site does not contain any content regarding obtaining forced access to remote servers, cracking user licenses, stealing paid products or any other illegal activities. If any member of this community is found to be doing so, a mail can be sent to support@osbot.org and the problem will be resolved without incident.
9) The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
10) You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violation of any law.
