@wbo If you agreed a payment and the service has been started then the payment is set, which I can see is what has happened. @Decode is under no obligations too lower the price that you agreed to just because you now believe it's an unfair price. You can either terminate the service and pay him for the work he has done or you can continue with the service under the 200m price.

The user that got recovered hasn't made a dispute and this guy could be recovered aswell so I was urging them to make disputes. Obviously OP was referring to the other user so was I? No dispute had been made at the time as you suggest.
