    Refunds? Jagex? Good luck. The "I got scammed all my items are gone can you give me them back" thing has been around for years and Jagex do not log trades between accounts and there's no other way to send items. Without proof of him being actually scammed how are Jagex to know he isn't just trading his shit to a friend and asking for duplicates? Refunds won't be here any time soon.
