You have an Rs3 account, which you recieve bond on (worth 5-6M EOC scape RSGP). If you redeem that bond, you get 14 days of membership, which gives you automaticly 14 days of membership in 07scape. The login details are the same as the details you use in 07. To make a fresh new 07scape account, you need to break it on a (new) eoc scape account which doesn have an 07 scape attached to it.
