  1. Lol...These kids that get fulfillment trying to act superior by saying that I don't get that there are risks, no shit. I'm saying with the latest update is the risk severly heightened or is it the same?
  2. So far what I've read is summed up in the statement. "Goldfarmers are getting rounded up and sent to bot world, then banned." Is that accurate? Can you just bot combat/non goldfarming and be ok?
  3. Ahh that's too bad. I hope botting isn't gone.. I barely got back!
  4. Question for admins, or for those who actually have a background knowledge of the subject. No random speculation please. What effects will the bot world cause Osbot? 1. Will it be unsafe for a time, until updated to compensate? 2. Will it have a drastic affect on the botting community and put bots down for a extended period of time? 3. Will it just be a minor addition to Jagex's bot detection and not be anything to be feared? Or none of the above? Thanks in advance for any replies - Zartect
  5. When we get transported to the bot world then the client making a type of warning signal to us. So we can immediately cancel our bot and play legitimately. Then after we've played for a while, they'll have most likely marked us as not a bot, but a legit player. At that point then it's smooth sailing, they have us booked as a legitimate player till further notice.
  6. So I think I have the solution. Create a LOUD warning signal when the world is a bot world to the user. Something we can pick up on quick, and then we play normally for a long time till we think they have seen us be legitimate. Then we are good in the system, marked a legit. No?

Great responses, thank you guys. I think what I've pulled from this is to just not push it, and babysit it. Which is fine with me because I just want to lvl and have fun, not bank.

Thank you Allen Very helpful. The main reason I asked is a friend said it's high ban rate, got banned making a initiate pure. But he's the type to suicide so..2+2

Hi, I'm new and wondering what the general ban rate for Osbot in relation to 07 is? I know that suiciding is always a high ban risk. But is botting for a few hours a day very high ban rate or is it pretty normal? I remember a few years ago I botted 10 hours a day and got no marks or bans. Obviously it's different now and I'm just wondering how different.
