Hi, I need to train combat from 1-60 attack and 1-70 strength, with only 1 defence. What are some good areas to train for this?

You must have a gigantic pair of balls to bot on an account like that. I would probably cry and eat my emotions away for 5 years if I got banned with an account like that.

I don't think it's worth the time to play it.. I just bot.

Well I'm using 1 bot right now on the VPS and it runs at 40-50 fps (50 fps is cap on 07) just fine. You get 8 cores with it too which is insane value, even though they're shared cores, still great.

I heard bandits were pretty good.
