Apparently I am too. I scammed by asking to go first lulz. Never even made a trade. Some ppl seriously.

Disputed Member: chuma1 Why It Should Be Removed: Firstly, we never even made a trade. He went irate and claimed that I was a scammer because I asked him if he wanted to go first. I never even asked him to go first, I just asked if he was going to... I would've been fine with going first, as I am new to the community. Details: Firstly, I should note that I am Cloudnine and I'm posting on behalf of Cbm3, because the dispute was posted on his account, when the transaction was done through my Skype. I was selling the gold for him, I'm trying to teach him the ropes. (We don't share accounts, he posted a thread somewhere on OSBot, and I allowed him to put my Skype name so that I can sell his gold for him - I believe he said that on the thread) Anyways, after I asked "u going first?" he said "u have 2 feedback?" I was like uhm..what are you talking about, I have 40 feedback. Then I realized he was from OSBot, and he was contacting me for Charles(cbm3)'s gold. I told him to message me on another forums. I'm not native to OSBot, I'm only on here in order to post this dispute for Charles(cmb3). We didn't want to be competition for each other, so he joined this community. I told him that he could always chargeback, because I'm the one selling him gold. This meant that he was re-assured regardless of if he went first or not. However if I went first and got scammed, I would be unable to get my gold back. Then he tried claiming that you can't chargeback virtual goods. Okay, seriously..? That's not true. I've gotten chargebacks for like $300+ worth of virtual goods. He was very intent on me going first for some reason. That's seriously suspicious, or I would've just agreed to go first at that point. Then, he tried to blackmail me with negative feedback. He left me negative feedback and said that he would request that it be removed if I went first. Wth? How about no..I'm not a retard. I gave him another chance to request that it be removed, and he refused. Now I'm posting this dispute. I'm typing this for him because it happened on my Skype. I don't even use OSBot atm. Why would we share a non-VIP account rather than registering separate ones..? Chuma1 tried to claim that I have multiple accounts... Anyways, that's about all. Please remove the negative feedback from Charles's account.
