Yes, and update on the situation. I got my account back (support) and he tried tracking my IP but its to somewhere else lol. But yes I saw he was already banned but was told it'd be a good idea to make a dispute just to add to what he's already done. I hope I'm not in the wrong for taking my account back but I figured he wasn't going to give me his back and didn't want to be scammed.

I traded him that account for a pure and we both agreed that he would train the pure more for me but I still gave him the account while he did, I added my email to the account but then HE messages me saying he can't get on. I then check the email on my old account and the account that he sold me and they are the same.. Evidence:
