  1. Cap'n Hand random doesn't do chat dialouge? Please correct me if I'm wrong on this, but don't a majority of randoms rely on simply the use of continue chat button instead of multi options? Wouldn't it be easier to handle all chat randoms primarily with the use of an unbreakable option for this one simple chat option? One that didn't rely on chat reading & other breakable hooks. Sorry, I'm a novice. My developer experience is non existent entirely as well.
  2. All scripts use different amounts of CPU, regardless if they do the same task. Some scripts you can't use low CPU & expect them to function properly as well.

Lol what are you talking about? OSBot has always had flawless randoms.

    Thank you!
  5. Forgot to mention that pheasent killer attemps to attack pheasents consistently instead of leaving.
  6. Broken random list (from what I've personally noticed): Pinball - Gets 10 points but just stands there. Does everything other than exit in other words. Pillory - Fails to pick the locks. I think it solves the first one, but I'm not sure. I don't do this one much. Prison Pete Animals - Clicks lever, looks at NPC, then closes, spins around a few times, & repeats. School - Finishes puzzle and then gets stuck on blue star? Pheasent Killer? - Kills the NPC then doesn't leave portal. These are all of the ones I've first hand noticed.
  7. On RS07? I've only seen 2 week bans on RS3 in quite some time.
  8. This looks good. Will there be any support for other windows operating systems? Especially XP.
  9. Can anybody who got banned reprot to us the time it happened? If your bot stopped after login screen or something, I'd like to know the time.

I cant believe this isnt in the spam forum lol.
  11. Perm bans never went anywhere. I thought there was some kind of timestamp?

How is an in-game picture even kind of credible?
  13. Kiji replied to cloud99's topic in Archive
    I'd say 93% with a 2 day ban is a success, haha.

There is no indication that jagex bans off similar email addresses such as robert.james & robert.james1.
  17. My post is under the assumption that he'd be using the low CPU toggle. Regardless of the toggle, not all scripts use the same amount of CPU. Some scripts that do the same task use 2-3x as much CPU.
  18. I have 3 2600ks & 1 4770k and I would definitely recommend upgrading to the haswell CPU's (4670k for the i5 & 4770k for the i7). Every generation gives a 10-15% CPU increase. Buying used parts is a bit scary, but you can do what ever you want. I would opt for the i7 instead of the i5 unless you really have no plans of never doing anything other than OSRS botting. I don't think OSRS utilizes hyperthreading, but it's nice to have in case you ever want to do something that does. If using OSBot, I'd opt for 12-16 GB of ram because of the memory leak. Supposedly we'll be getting OSBot 2 that doesn't have said memory leak, so it's up to you. Normally, 8 would suffice for OSRS botting. To the people who said they'd rather opt for a VPS, I really don't think that's a wise idea. To get similar specs on a VPS, you'll be paying $150/month with windows, and he'll never get the same amount of control he would with his own PC. After the first month of subscription, he's already saved when accounting for depreciation value. You're getting into OSRS botting rather late though, so I'd be cautious about buying a rig just for this purpose. You'll be able to run 15-20 bots though depending on your script's use of CPU & how much ram you go with (just because of the OSBot memory leak).
  19. It's a ridiculous rule but I don't suggest just spamming for it lol.
  20. I lost 38/72 accounts. I don't think it's a hoax lol. All of those were gold farmers. I also lost a few combat accounts from what appears like failed randoms (stuck in molly for starters, then ending up in wizard tower on another).
  21. I think using VPS'es is ultimately the worst decision that you can make. I only bot on my own rigs. Their easier to manage, cost less, and I can control what goes through them.
  22. I think hes an employee of a gold farming company. These accs come and go quite often.
  23. RS07 plays at an extremely low FPS. It doesn't utilize the graphics card like most games. it relies on CPU for graphics rendering. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
