He does only agree on paying 2M + refunding a part of the void payment as he got me the top & gloves

I had ordered and gave him my account details BEFORE he was hacked, i left 2M worth of armor and a 6mil cash stack on bank for the payment. As you see above my bank was totally cleaned and i have only gotten my void top and gloves, i had the helm myself already. He does only agree on refunding 2M.
