Go through with the dispute process on Sythe and then have the user confirm here that he has been refunded here as well when you do/if you have to.
If the trade never started or occurred on this site then: What would make you say that? Anyway, if all the evidence is valid and the user indeed needs to be reimbursed then I only needs to occur on one site and then the dispute on the other site should be closed.
If the evidence he submits shows that you scammed him then you'll have to refund him.
The trade was initiated on this site so I believe he can leave you a negative feedback and dispute on this site.
