  1. i would assume that if many people boting rs over a vpn sharing ips would raise suspicion and potentially get your account ban but if you're using the ip your local isp hands you and you run a couple bots on it jagex will know to link those accounts in analysis but ip alone shouldn't get you ban now thats if you're using your own local ip, if using a vpn jagex has tons of accounts coming in from these ips. if lots of botters are on those vpns and they're getting ban that could negatively impact the look of your account from jagex's eyes remember jagex has the ability to completely stalk its users accounts ingame every move. all your mouse movement coordinates are sent to jagex's servers. chat logs are saved when reports are made (but who knows if jagex saves all chat logs even pm) fact is they have the ability to do so without anyone knowing what i would worry about is logging into your main account with an ip that you also use for boting accounts. if you're running bad scripts that make you look like a bot to jagex's servers (the rsd analyzes this stuff) using the same ip as the one you log into your main account from you could be in trouble without osbot spoofing random.dat jagex can track you pretty well
