  1. Seems like your external GPU is not working. It is trying to use Intel Integrated GPU, HD Graphics. Make sure you have correct Drivers and GPU pins plugged on correctly.

    ALSO

Look for the .ini file and check if NVIDIAGPU=true

sorry not very computer literate apart from basic crap lol, how do i go about doing that?

  2. Well i recently upgraded my comoputer and the specs i have i should theoretically be able to play games on ultra settings however i am not able to play them without lag and it randlomly jumping/skipping frames. Even on non ultra settings i still get some skips which shouldnt happen.

I also get this error when i try to launch Dragon Age from basic settings to optimizied settings.

Does anyone know what this means? or what is causing the error? I think it might be an issue with my graphics card but cant be sure.

    edit for specs

  3. Hi, I am coming back to botting and am looking to get a VPS for myself, does anyone know of or willing to recommend a VPS to bot on.

a few things I am looking for is a VPS that i can use from Australia (last one lagged way too much, was virtually unusable), also must be able to handle 10+ bots on average.

  4. Tbh it wasn't good advice lol, the PSU is good but the RAM upgrade is appalling, even I can't use 24GB and I run virtual machines + 30-40 chrome tabs + a bunch of utilities in the background xD

The GPU and PSU are both welcome additions, you'll definitely feel the performance increase with that card.

A bit of a shame about the RAM, unnecessary expenditure.

Well the ram, i only bought two 8gb ram sticks as the upgrades, however i had two more slots left over and my old ones were still compatible so they just left them in adding another 8 gbs, so wasn't too bad.

and your computer sounds OP lol, how much did it cost to build?

  5. idk it wasn't a custom build when i got it :P. Didnt assemle any of it :P. But when i opened it up to ctake som pictures i noticed it was dusty tried to clean it and now my pc wont turn on haha :)). just gets stuck at either the black boot screen asking for me to boot from drive/cd or at the windows logo and no more... rather odd lol:P. dont know what i did there lol.

  6. well its a 3 year old computer, so surprised not everything needs to be replaced tongue.png. But i opened it up and checked and confirmed i do have a radeon hd 6780 graphics card, just no clue as to why its not working anymore. I guess my best bet is just take it to a store tomorrow.

Also i tried to take some pics, but everything i tried the pics ended up being too large to be uploaded here lol -.-

  7. Yeah you don't actually have a graphics card lol, there's only your onboard video which is built into your CPU.

You will have to take the side-panel off your case, but that's easy, you don't need to turn off or anything.

i see ac 240 v and that is all i can see lol.

  8. Well, it confirmed my suspicions.

You have bad in-game performance because you don't have a graphics card, you're running on-board graphics which is pretty awful.

If you know what RAM you have (exact model) then I recommend you buy another 8GB of it, that will help for streaming.

I would recommend you get a GPU, aside from that your whole PC is perfectly fine.

    GPU: http://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150697

If you check the side of your power supply, could you tell me what it is? tongue.png Need to make sure that the power supply can handle a graphics card.

huh so my graphics card in there has fucked up or something? cause I know it had one lol -.-

do i have to open it up to check my power supply?

  9. yeah I was looking at that just before I posted :D, I can DIY most things but I would never try with a computer, would be too nervous :)))

so you spent $2700 usd building it?, thats going to cost me $3500 AUD to build then, about $1000 over what I really want to spend lol

also how do i get a more detailed spec page? :P

  10. Hi I was looking to improve my pc, mainly for gaming. My PC knowledge is fairly limited so I was wondering if someone could be kind enough to advise me whether it is better to upgrade my current computer, or simply start over and build a gaming computer?

I have also been looking at the Windows Experience Index for my computer (which is 5.2) and apparently it's not meant to be too bad, however I can barely run games on anything but the lowest settings or else I would get lag. Also get alot of browser lag when running pages such as FB/youtube/streaming(mainly firefox)

link attached to system summary, not sure if all is relevant or if some details are missing, if they are just let me know and ill update the post :D
