Not swarm, this is proof'd that it's one of the hidden randoms ingame.

You get hit 0's or 1's once or twice to check if you escape the combat for some time even if there isn't anything that could hit you. There should be a check that if there is NPCs that are hitting you before you run out of the combat. If you fail at this many times, you will most likely get banned. I've experienced this many times while babysitting the bots.
