All of my purchase history is easily accessible by someone in authority so i'd like to know whats happened?

I just received a 2 day bot busting ban for mining gold. I was wondering, how serious are these offenses in regard to ip flagging. Should I give my account a week break before I smash out some botting again? Thanks.
