  1. Yes absolute value. But do I use the distribute property even if it's absolute value?
  2. I'm not looking for answers. I'm just looking for someone to show me, step by step, how to solve these two College Algebra math problems. I usually ask on this section of OSBot for these specific questions and I end up learning fairly quickly with one simple example. I'm giving Likes for the people that can do this. ;p The math problems are listed in the link below: http://puu.sh/aTxSm/9a34db2d0b.png
  3. Awesome solution for number 19. The only thing I noticed for 17 is that when you divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you have to flip the greater/less than sign.

  8. What does sideway "M" and the number 5 represent? for the answer "A"?
  9. I see. I understand the second question now. Any help with the first question?
  10. I see. How about the times where x would equal something like x=y+1. How do you find the line for that one?

The math problems are listed in the link below: http://puu.sh/aEyK5/80505d273c.png I tried inserting 2/3h with h = 6, but what confuses me is that strange symbol in one of the answer keys for question 1. And for question 2 I assumed that because the line was on the x-axis, then the answer had to be q because no other line was on the x-axis.
  12. This helped me out, thanks and good luck in work. I have another set of questions if anyone else can help with:
  13. Needing help with some questions on my College Algebra Clep Study Guide. I'm not looking for answers. I'm just looking to know how to solve some questions. Can anyone please help?
