It unfortunately has to be in services because @Vicfre cannot pay in 07GP for whatever reasons, even though I would prefer GP. And if i do choose GP, he said he will take the ban, meaning we both walk away with nothing.
Just want to note that he said he will only be doing certain powerlevelling skills, so for example, i can't ask for 91 runecrafting. It is at his discretion and prices may be higher than usual. -
I will accept services then. What is the amount of these services that i am entitled to?

There is no account thread as @vicfre showed me the pics of it over skype and I agreed to buy it then. We also did not use a MM.

Vicfre is working on recovering the account one last time through user Prison Break as he believes he is able to recover it through a detailed recovery. We are waiting on the results atm. Please hold this off until there is an update on the recovery.

If he knew he couldn't get it back, why insist on trying to recover it in the first place?
Regardless, I have lost over 200m in account and services that i have paid for it.
I would like this amount, or an amount close to this given to me through Vicfres' services as he cannot pay me in GP.

After speaking with him, it seems that vicfre cannot unlock the account.
He also says he cannot offer a refund of the account due to having no GP. I would also like to note that before vicfre decided to test his recovery information, he was set to be completing a powerleveling service of 25M 07gp. This is why he had the current details of the account. A refund of this should also be non-negotiable.
The user also says he is willing to see how much the account is worth, and include the 25m service amount into a price which he will conduct skilling services for me on a fresh account which i will create. He has agreed to do this as he cannot afford a GP refund.

Explanation: Vicfre told me that he was going to try and recover the account. (I was letting him because I wanted to make sure that I had all the information needed, if anything was to happen, I could get it unlocked or back.) But when he did this he got the account locked. I tried to recover the account with the information that I was given by him, with no luck. He can't get it back now, so I am left with no other choice but to have the value of the account refunded to me including all quests and skills that I have trained on the account.Evidence: (hidden by @Saiyan )I have proof that he did indeed sell me the account. I can prove that i have levelled it up since it was given to me, including over 100QP gained. (Cant upload more due to file size)

I can confirm that Dontbuzz sold me the account and provided me the details.
I then sold the account to Vicfre, and provided him with the details.
I have not recovered the account since, or touched it at all.

Okay, thanks. So from a mirror client, how much do IPs matter? Im sure they're watching me like a hawk now with the number of bans i have.

So you're saying if we go get a VIP and use the mirror client, our chances of being banned will decrease?
Just asking because I've been using the normal client and in less than a day 2 accounts have been banned, with each being locked twice before the ban. It may be my IP that is flagged lthough im using a VPN to switch IPs regularly.
Im also using a premium script and anti-ban settings..

I can confirm that I do have the recovery details for the account, but I have not tested them to see if they work, as I do not want a repeat of last time.
This is the second time that this account has been recovered, and I'm not too comfortable having it back, as i know that it can be brought back to dontbuzz at anytime.
Hence, I am asking for the Value of the account to be returned to me.
