getting a 99 with 1-1.5 week will get you banned. try stretching it within a month or a month and 2 weeks.

theres lots of factors for this, how much you bot, how long you bot, where you bot, how long your breaks, break frequently etc. make sure to have breaks, bot smartly, try to avoid botting over night (that's when most bot bust happen) and try to avoid high ban rate locations
