Where would I go about making or finding one of those paints?

Wrote a script for a Shilo Gem Miner. Would love a paint that would go over the inventory or the chat box. The paint would need a spot for the timer and I would like to have have all the uncut gems in an orderly fashion. Let me know if you could do this.
