You can't manually join those worlds, the system automatically drops you in them because they're hidden Only way to join would be (for example world 85 www.oldschool85.runescape.com)

Slayer shouldn't be a main concern, just keep reading the development blogs. I believe that they'll most likely try to wipe out & clear all Gold Farming bots first as a main priority, and then be concerned on combat. I guess it would take them around 2-3 months for them to move on once their first campaign is launched

By limiting the areas, what they mean is they will have multiple staff members (p-mods, jmods, etc) going around areas which raw resource materials can be obtained and banning them. For example: - Shark fishing - Hunter (chinchompas) - Flax - Snape Grass (Possibly) - Magic Trees, Yews Trees
