You definitely do not need a GTX 750... lol. Also it depends on what type of gaming he wants to do. Personally the specs aren't that great. I wouldn't doubt being able to run COD at maybe medium, but any graphic intensive game either low or not at all. I'd opt for building your own PC if you're comfortable with that. You can easily get a 4th generation i5 with built in HD4000 GPU for all gaming. It would also be easily upgrade able. Anything with 4gb of RAM and up will be able to play games and also bot. You won't be able to bot while you play games though. If you seriously can't figure out how to build a PC, check out a local computer retailer ask them if you can order specific parts and see if they can build it for a fee.
