I think at 99 range/def you can get 75 attack/strength without gaining a combat. I would stay 70/70 or lower until 94+ range or if it won't gain you any combat levels.

Post some pics showing account status (showing you haven't been banned) and whats the combat stats? I'm sure you could get 10m or more. If its 1 defence would be easier to sell
