why do people come up with comments like this. The poster of this topic does not own a website which offers a chat-box as a feature, therefore he does not need the skills to fix the chat-box, the Devs however, do own this site and therefore have the responsibility to fix the chat-box.

its a big deal when people make money off of it, how would you feel if say $40 a day you normally get wasn't coming in anymore? all because the owners of a business (yes this is a business even if it is ran by teenagers because they take in our money and give us goods/services in return..... well they are meant to anyway.) And because this is a business they should be putting more work and attention into the bot, even if they have to hire a new Dev, they will still get more money in the long run and they would be keeping us, their consumers happy and willing to use their services again.
