You get lowest, mid and highest price value.
Low price is usually a seller with no vouches and high price is a trusted seller with thousands of vouches.
I scraped data from account listings on 3 platforms for every type of builds (Main, Pures, Skillers, Zerkers)
and used AI to find most common listed quests, rares etc. + find median pricing and round them up for every item.
Few values are customizable too such as GP/USD price for bank value, price per quest points (normal quota is ~0.25$)
Other factors are already priced-in also such as multipliers for higher total levels and unregistered e-mail (legacy logins).
I tried to add most possible things that has an impact on account value including accounts with bans vs no bans from scraped-data.
