Anyone that is found guilty of scamming, whether it be 1 cent, 100 dollars, 1 rsgp or 100M rsgp, BAN them forever, no letting anyone comeback under any circumstances. Idgaf if they pay back 1000x what they scammed, they still get banned and stay banned forever.

Yeah, if they want to give it back sure, PM a mod or w/e and return whatever you scammed, then its right back to being banned forever, cya m8.

Well seeing as if only one of those transactions show it could have been runescape related (PlayerAuctions) you covered the other two up so we have no idea what those are from and for all we know you just sourced edited the amounts.
