I've made 15 accounts on the same ip past week only. None of them got banned so far except for one which was running on a vps. The vps company was flagged more than a golf course, so I doubt it's the creation IP they are looking for.

Got a 99 questpoints account has done lost city monkey madness and lots of other quests including most of rfd req quests. Has also 44 defence fully quested only 1 more quest and you got 45 def fully quested for a perfect zerker. The melee combats are 60/60/44 prayer 43 which is also mainly quested. Has 1 bot busting moderate had that a few months ago for botting woodcutting up to 84-85 atm. So you should be safe at botting it's melee stats.
