would this work outside of runescape as well? would want to access different programs or websites with multiple IPs at a time

hey guys, i'm looking to create 10-25 different bots with different IP addresses. Is this possible with one single VPS or dedicated server? If so, can someone point me in the right direction. Been trying to research online but don't know what to look for exactly Any help is appreciated thank you in advance
