pricing is usually determined on difficulty/amount of time it takes to make. 99/70/99 is just as easily achievable than 99/99/99. They'd both be fairly similar in price, just depends on the buyer. If someone was keen to buy a barrows pure, then I'd say the price difference wouldn't be that much at all.
