    Account locked as we suspect it has been stolen

    You have to complete tutorial island on the same proxy that the account was created on. I ran into this issue, and this was the fix. If the account is logged on through a different proxy than than the one used to create it, the lock your account. After tut island, you can begin botting on a new proxy, however, id give it like an overnight cooldown after tut island.
