  2. I think it doesn't affect botting. Before this update you could predict who would hit first or pick up an item from the ground first by the numbers in IP adress, this is why people started to use it achieve benefits from it for exemple in the dual arena by increasing their chances to win by hitting first. Now it has been changed so it is all random, so you cannot predict who will hit first etc.

    Yesterday on stream Mod Jacmob said that they can see if you are playing on a bot client even if you didn't bot.

    http://www.twitch.tv/the_dunecoon They ban bots on daily basis, they go to a place and can see through botwatch who botted in the last month. ( thats what Mod Jacmob said ) As I am typing this they just killed all people using Merchanting bot in world 1 varrock west bank ... this looks like a joke but it's freaking serious.
