its keep sayin connection to server and loading local scripts when i open it i cant use it

When i open my bot its keep saying it and i have deleted reinstall all that

here has just been a runescape update, please be patient and let the devs resolve this. there is no ETA yet so please refrain from asking for one

so no one from osbot can use it?
