I would guess about 5m, as this can be a nice base for a pure.
Would probably have been worth more with 1 attack instead of 30.

Depends on the prayer of the acc and wether you are the original owner and if there is a email set on the acc.
Personally I wouldn't pay more than $20 for this unless it has mith gloves/DT and nice other stats.
