I don't think it's fair to compare virtual items with real life items. If someone hacks your account and then passes the valuables onto another account this could very well be your casual GP buyer. Imagine if they started targetting people who buy gold - perma ban them and give the items back to the original owners, it'd be a fucking chaos. On top of that a lot of people will insta sell the bank when they get ahold of an account and the gold passes through a couple of different people. If Jagex starts banning those chains which may even up to 10 accounts in rare occasions the playerbase would drop crazy low. In real life cops have to get certain warrants and what not to search you if they suspect you stole something, Jagex does not have to do anything - a simple command and they see all the info they want to see. EDIT: You're comparing a public service which you're paying taxes towards and a privately owned gaming company.

It depends on what else you're playing. For OSRS you just need a CPU & Ram, if you wanna play other games aswell then you need to built a custom PC depending on the games.

Botters take money from the companies one way or another. Jagex for example loses an extra income that would have come through bonds; you have to understand that these companies will do everything in their power to remove any competitors - even though it's a free market. As long people can make more via gold farming than their minimum wage (in their respective country) then botting will continue. Deflation is the only reason people can make more money botting than they'd do through a real job. So if your question is whether botting will eventually not be profitable then I'd say no, unless the governments directly try to combat it (which they won't).

I did mean proxy - I'm still confusing these two mb. I've heard that 10 hours is an average time pretty much for f2p suiciders to get banned, would you agree with that?

I think it's about 1gb RAM per client. You can basically run 5 bots on a 6GB ram even with an i3 for CPU. Assuming that nothing else is open other than OSB. To use my build as an example - 10GB ram - i7 2600k and I can run about 7 clients along with browser/discord open. Everything else on my pc is well out-dated (Geforce 8800GT for a GPU) and don't seem to be a problem on the way the clients run

I know that as a general rule of thumb people spread a VPN over 2-3 accounts, but what about suicide botting? I wanna suicide bot like 10 accs overnight to see how it goes, but it's kinda expensive to buy 4-5 VPNs that will most likely be banned by the morning. What kind of ratio of VPNs:Accounts do you guys use for suicide botting?

I could make like 20-30 before getting a cooldown when a friend told me that Jagex is closing in and you'll be able to make like 5-10 accounts per hour. There are times that it allows me to create up to 40-50 accounts w/o blocking me but there also times that I make only 5. Any idea if the time has to do anything with it? Like perhaps if I register when the site gets the least traffic it won't block me so quickly? I'd assume that it'd be some sort of anti-bot registration feature but kinda confused.
