I'm with you, unfortunately I have tried to come back a few times to play by hand which usually results in a wasted bond. Between age, botting/buying selling gold/other games out there I have been slowly drove away from runescape.

Jagex reviews player mod mutes and will return feedback to the moderator, not sure if they are inspecting the incident individually or the whole account. I would play it safe and not bot for a day or two until it expires.

Depends what you mean, I have seen 99/99/99 with low skilling stats for $200-300. If it's completely maxed as others have said, expect anywhere from $600-1000.
