  1. Hi all, Thanks for the replies. Am still just an absolutely noob botter just getting into this, and will be some time before I can even spend money on higher spec components but would just like to gather a good idea of what's necessary going forward. Any info on CPU significance and/or requirements? (Let's assume we're still talking about a 100-200 bot operation) Also regarding virtual machines, forgive me if I'm being stupid and massively overlooking something, but is it necessary to be running a VM per single bot for IP (&MAC?) diversification, or can I still run say several bots in one VM, each somehow having unique addresses despite being in the same virtual machine.
  2. Hi all, Wanting to build a custom desktop workstation specifically tailored for OSRS multibotting. For the savvy computer wizards and botting veterans out there, just wondering what advice you might have regarding priorities and top concerns about the actual specs of the computer? e.g. Until yesterday I was sure that investing in a decent GPU would come in handy but apparently OSRS isn't multithreaded and doesn't even make use of GPUs whatsoever or it's at least negligible etc. But it is apparently RAM intensive and overall having a legit amount of RAM is the main priority. (But what is a realistic necessity? A friend was telling me that anything over 32GB RAM is just silly but I don't know, what if I wanted to run say 100, or 200 bots on the same computer simultaneously? What would that involve/require?) Also just wondering what other particular details or helpful info you might be kind enough to share. Thanks for reading and happy botting! Spoopy
