I didnt use mirror mode, what is it?

Evening, I used this script last night and managed to make it to level 50 within a few hours by running it for 45 minutes before taking a break, i logged in now and found the account had been picked up and banned already. Any idea what i can do to reduce this risk of this happening again? Cheers!
