Explanation: so as MM'ed by Chris ( middle man service) me chris and castro discussed a service for quests, i paid chris and it all went smoothly, as i figured after that castro was a worthy guy and i didn't need a MM from then on , and i ordered a bunch of skills to be done ASAP as i didnt have much members, and he accepted. (screenshots will be noted in evidence ) i paid 30m Upfront. and he started the service, and quiet honest the service started off well lots of communication , followed some rules i asked of ( here and there) lots of gametime , good progress... i was please, then a few days into it, communication dropped and gametime 80% few days went by very MINIMAL chat. & gametime and i spoke to him about it, instantly got hostile and an argument has started and for one, i dont wanna be arguing with the guy incharge and on my account, so after a heated conversation i gave him an option for him to take his split for the work hes done and it not be disputed, he then apologised for "getting worked up" and we he then went on to tell me he had some dramas going on, and being the customer and have paid for this service i was still understanding and just said should of just let me know and none of it would of happened, and we started back up again ( although in the back of my mind im thinking this guy has a short temper and hes incharge of my account so i dont want to push any buttons, i come accross very calm and collected , using words expressing my gratitude and respect for him) but yes we started back up and he was on the ball again for a couple days, communication was good. game time was great. still followed some of the rules i had asked for. just a couple of hours ago, i sent him a message asking if we would get much gametime today? he responded with "Stop addressing me like that if you cry with the reaction bro lol, I’ll be able to get on soon. " instantly i think to my self "somehow ive set him off" as we had spoken about finsihing at least the magic to 94 in 7 days i stated the end of the week was coming up tomorrow he replied with " okay" , as an argument kicked off again i straight away changed my passwords, to realise since the argument has started hes logged on one of my accounts, i still change the passwords. and i had to ask him nicely of course to please get off, waited 60 seconds and issued him a warning to exit my account, and finally he did. after things getting this heated, i really didnt want a guy a couldnt chat to on my account training it as communication is a MUST between a buyer and a seller. and to not have that communication i didnt feel comfortable, i then asked nicely if he would to take his split and trade me back the outstanding balance, as i have previously explained the reasons i was asking such a thing when the first argument occured. i explained my self again , and told him i dont trust him mainly because the communication isnt there, and the game time drops still and still didnt follow my rules he agreed upon day in and day out ( example one rule was . screen shots on log in showing OSB exp calculator and on log out the same" didnt receive one screen shot the whole time with what i specifically asked for ) but i went on to ask him several more times if he would like to make a trade to resolve it and not have a dispute on both our names, he avoided the question and went on with the argument, as i have to go to bed i had to rudely interrupt his rant and be blatant and ask " are we going to make a deal tonight to resolve this, he replied Evidence:
