The account being locked for suspected hijacking doesn't always mean he's trying to recover it.
Here is the latest update I can provide when contacting him.

Back in January 1, 2018 I bought an account from Dirtydartt for 30m. He was willingly and impatiently ready to sell it.
Just yesterday night the account I bought for him was locked for "being hijacked" and dirtydartt has yet to reply.

shoot have your sources say how long? When I purchased the account it was over 3 months old according the Hans.
