I am looking for a wilderness scouting bot that will log in and world hop to different worlds. Also be able to flag/black list specific names.

Yes but it just flicks back and forth once its time for it to log in.

When it tries to log in it just sits at the login screen switching between the new user or login page and where you actually put your password in.
