Not tripping over 20 bucks for real just decided to switch over to osbot for a try but seeing how admin handles simple refunds like this makes me laugh, he obviously wants to pocket the money so why bother even having a refund section , going back to tri. forum mods can close this or w/e. peace.

My topic was already in a hidden section, wouldn't make this public if the admin didn't blatantly ignore my topic, no offense intended so not inappropriate, what's inappropriate is how this is being handled.

I've made a refund request recently that followed the refund guidelines yet the admin just shrugged it off and closed my topic with no answer at all, i'm hoping for a different mod to shed some light into my situation. Proof: http://imgur.com/a/lb2A6
