so no matter what i do? even if i botted an hour every week i still gunna get banned?

I bot few hours every few days, like 4 hours every 3 days... does that help not to get ban and drop the ban rate and keep it away?

How can i check that?

I'm tryna get 60 str with the bot but i'm afraid to get another banned. it's 54 str now btw...any tips?
